The garden's walking circuits
A Simple Practice

A Walk in the Garden.

There is no single correct way to walk. Begin where you are.

What Is a Labyrinth?

A walk, not a puzzle.

A maze asks you to make choices and find your way through. At the heart of The Mind Garden is a distinctive arrangement of circular walking circuits and an infinity-inspired form. The mowed grass paths invite a slower pace and a different kind of attention. Your host can orient you to the layout when you arrive.

People may use a labyrinth walk for reflection, mindfulness, prayer, creative thinking, or simply to experience a quiet moment. You don’t need prior experience or a particular goal. You can walk, pause, and notice what the experience is like for you.

You don’t have to assign the experience a meaning.

A few questions to carry
  • What in my life is asking for attention?
  • What might I set down, even briefly?
  • What could change if I stopped forcing the next step?

Because the garden’s layout differs from a traditional single-path labyrinth, your host can orient you to the circuits when you arrive. Visits are arranged in advance. The paths are natural grass and may be uneven or damp; share any accessibility considerations when you inquire.
