The Mind
Garden
A living sanctuary where your pace slows, your thinking settles, and insight emerges.
A place to pause.
Room to become.
The Mind Garden is a contemplative outdoor sanctuary in North Aurora, Illinois. At its heart is an unconventional arrangement of circular walking circuits and an infinity-inspired form.
After a season of seemingly endless rain and repeated flooding, I’ve been clearing, tending, and reclaiming parts of The Mind Garden. Some of the walking circuits needed special attention, and the landscape has reminded me again that growth rarely follows our plans.
This fall, I’m restoring pathways, tending the garden, and imagining new ways to share this space. I’ll share more in November about what’s taking shape. Renewal doesn’t always begin with something new; sometimes it begins by caring for what’s already here.
